•Contact details you share with us — name, phone number, email address and city — when you submit an enquiry, subscribe to updates, or message us on WhatsApp.
•Trip details needed to plan and book your holiday — traveller names, dates of birth, passport details, visa documents, dietary or accessibility preferences, and travel dates.
•Booking and payment records — invoices, receipts and payment references. We do not store your card or banking credentials; payments are processed through banks and payment providers.
•Basic technical information when you browse the site, such as pages visited and device type, used only to improve the website.

How we use it

•To respond to enquiries, prepare itineraries and quotes, and manage your bookings.
•To share necessary details with the airlines, hotels, visa authorities and local partners who deliver your trip — only what each of them needs.
